The 4 Green Chromis from Petco are settling in well. First feeding shortly.I may or may not have made a fish purchase.

I love chromis. Basslets too.
I haven't had Chromis in over a decade. But, I wanted some relatively inexpensive/hardy fish to help with the cycle. I always have had a Basslet or Dottyback in my tanks, I love those too.
Be sure to watch for Euronema (not sure on spelling) with the Chromis. I hear it’s fairly common nowadays.
Hmmm, never knew about that to be honest. Just did some reading on it and will keep an eye out.
I also bought Jcole's Euroquatics since he decided to go a different direction with his lighting. Those of you following the Euroquatics thread might remember he (somehow) got 3 of the A1P 150 watt versions of those lights. So, I'll be getting those as well. I plan to run the 3 150 watt and 2 of the 95 watt over the tank.

We had to put our 11 year old mutt down today. She was diagnosed with TCC (bladder cancer) in June and also developed skin cancer on a toe.
Originally, we had tomorrow scheduled for in home euthanasia but she took a turn for the worse last night. The in-home vet was able to come this morning and relieve her of her pain.
I’m trying to keep busy to not think about it. Fortunately, the Euroquatics @JCOLE sent me arrived and I added the three 150w to the light rack. Very happy with them so far. No filter, 20K and 15K filters.
Also, you can see the work the Jebao SOW-20s are doing on the sand.

I am very sorry about your 4 legged friend. Its so hard to say good-bye. We have a 15 yr old shih tzu mix. He is deaf, arthritic, demanding and grumpy. He didn't used to be that way but the past year and a half he has changed. Its painful to see him this way but not as painful as what you are going through.
The lights look great as does the tank.
Sorry to hear but also Looks good! I might spread them out just a bit more to hit some of that upper level shadowing on the left and right side outlined roughly in red
