I know you mentioned 2-3 weeks for the items to be shipped. But what on average are we looking for the lights to be ready?

Hi guys,

Yes there were enough people who ordered the Seneye. And truthfully, we do not have an average of time for the lights. In order to get this low of prices the factories agree with me to manufacture these lights when they are not building light for other companies. So, by enabling them to make money when they would other wise be slow or not working - they give me a break in pricing, which I pass on to you. It is like getting a discount on a hotel room far below the normal rate because they would not have rented it and an empty room is no money versus a little bit. Well a stopped production line is like that - so they are willing to make less to keep busy. Make sense?

In any case - we cannot predict the average as we just cannot know when they will be slow. So we pick a spread - 1- 3 weeks and that is what we have.

So it did not go out and will not for at least 10 days when the next shipment gets here.

I can refund your money if you want "“ once again with my apologies "“ or you can wait until the new ones come in and I will refund $20 for the extra wait.

I want you to be as happy as possible in this situation "“ so let me know what you want and that is what I will do.

We have really enjoyed working with your group. I have talked to some very cool people in FMAS and am looking forward to meeting some of you at MACNA. I have had a couple dozens emails asking me to restart the last forum buy as people were doing the back to school thing or vacations or whatever . We gave it some time and then we put together some more pretty amazing deals. We are going to roll them out tomorrow night at midnight - central time. I appreciate the support - frankly we oversold one of our factories and they are just now getting caught up. But all is good - we had a great sale and plan on doing even better this time!

The reason I am upset::mad2:

Aug 4th: I received a tracking number from you and email telling me my light was shipped.

Aug 6th (2 days later): an email telling me you cant print your shipping label but my light was ready and you would ship it as soon as you could resolve the "printing" problem.

Aug 9th: I receive the email below.

Please send ASAP, this light is not for a new build or an extra light. I am short a light and cant go much longer without a replacement.

Please, this time DO NOT send me shipping information on my light until you actually have shipped my light.

(DRThomson), I had no problems what so ever with my Reef Radiance order and received my lights as scheduled. If you need your light ASAP I have two brand new in the box, you are more than welcome to take one of my lights and when your order comes in I will pick it up or have Rick ship the light to my address. We might need to check with Rick to see if he can do that.
