We have contacted the following stores for prices for the group buy. Are there any other stores yall would like me to contact? I will post the prices once they are all in but i wanted to make sure there wasn't someone else out there that yall wanted me to contact that i haven't got a hold of.

I would second on what Greg said about Steve. He is a good guy and he may be willing to give us a price bid as well. I have still not heard back from Tanks Alot yet.

Madison, can we also do an order on shrimp on this group buy? Peppermint and cleaners would be some good ones to add if we can.

haha. As soon as i get a reply from Steve and Tanks A Lot then i will post all the prices and we can decide as a group who to buy from. Then I guess we'll go from there as far as payment arrangements go and setting deadlines for when everyones final orders need to be in in case anyone wants to make changes. I'm hoping to hear something back from the two by tomorrow so i can post the results.

It has been suggested that instead of posting prices in the thread, they be sent via PM when all the prices are gathered. I think that its a good idea that no LFS prices be posted in this thread. I will be PM'ing all that have ordered on Sunday morning in order to give time for the last 2 stores to respond with prices.

I've got enough votes in so far to make the decision because its at a 4:1 ratio so.... KEY'S CRITTERS IT IS!! Below is their price list with the current order attached to this post. If you would like to change your order or add an order to this, please let me know. I asked them before about red legs. This was there reply...
"We do sell a hermit that is locally called a redleg hermit. They are $1 ea. They are not what is correctly called the scarlet hermit."
These can be added to the order and this is the group buy price. They are normal $2.75 on their website.
They need our payment by noon (EST) Sunday, and it will ship on Wedneday for a Thursday arrival. I'm going to set the order deadline to be Wednesday July 16 so i can send them our order Thursday morning in order to get the shipping cost. At that time they will let us know the cost of shipping and we can split it up to get everyone's exact totals.

If you can let me know a final by Thurs morning, I can have your invoice back to you that morning. You will need to send payment no later than Sat afternoon so we can get you on the schedule for shipping the following Wed. We accept PayPal and our PayPal account will be on your invoice.
Inform your members that lg cerith are seasonal and we are out of their season right now. We are collecting some, just not as many as we do in the winter. If we are not able to collect enough, would they be willing to substitute for 3 times the amount of reg. cerith? Or would they rather have a refund?
