I have attached the Key's Critters Invoice along with the excel document with everyones detailed orders. Pick up will be Thursday, July 24th, off I-40 & Mustang Road at DG's house. Please contact him for further directions. I do not know what the pick up times will be at this moment but will post them as soon as I know. The order will be coming through Fed Ex Priority mail. It will be shipped to my office and i trust my Fed Ex guy to take great care of them for us. I do alot of business with him. I can meet in order to get the payment or you can pay through paypal. If you do pay through paypal, please include the fee for using the service.

I am pretty sure i remember them saying they have a "live arrival guarantee." I just sent them an email requesting the specifics and i will post them as soon as i get a reply. I also asked Marc Levenson (President of Dallas Fort Worth Marine Aquarium Society & also known from www.melevsreef.com) if he recommended them since they have done business with them in the past. Here is his reply.
"Hi Madison,
I've always had good experiences with Keys Critters. We just had a GB about a month ago, but we've done them 6 or 7 times in the past few years. They will need your order and payment by noon (EST) Sunday, and it will ship on Wedneday for a Thursday arrival.
I recocmmend you have it dropped off at your nearest Fedex/Kinkos location, as you can pick it up there at 9am and it won't sit on a hot truck all day.
Corrie is the contact person. She can give you price list. FYI, they ship most of their stuff in bags of air, which is great due to less weight and easier acclimation.

I called around to a couple FedEx Locations around me and I will get it at my office before they would have it there. But don't worry. The FedEx man that takes care of my area will take good care of our critters. I will make sure to let him know ahead of time to be looking out for it on Thursday.
