GSP Spawn? Tons of red dots floating around

Hey everyone, I just walked past my tank and noticed it was extremely cloudy and there are piles of tiny red dots floating around. Theres also a thin white scummy white layer of foam on the surface of the water in my sump. The only coral in the tank, since it destroyed everything in there, is GSP. I took some out to look at but theres not a whole lot to them, they do squish, so they're extremely soft and they're almost a rusty red color.

Is this GSP spawning? Should I leave it be? Water change? Thanks!

Tank has: Blue tang, yellow tang, engineer goby, pajama cardinal, 2 clowns, cleaner shrimp and a variety of snails.

75 gal tank running for 6 years

Water change --YES, the film on top of the water shuts down gas exchange.
A paper towel placed on the water will help in removing it.
