Guys in US buying colonies...

Where do you get them? Hard to find colonies other than the occasional maricultured at my lfs. Are you guys buying mari and wild or is there somewhere to buy aquacultured colonies. Would prefer not to mess with maricultured or wild if I didn't have to.

In my experience, wild or maricultured is about the only way your going to get any decent sized colonies. Occasionally you may get lucky and find aquacultured pieces (usually from a fellow reefer). Fingernail sized frags has become the norm.

IMO....best bet is getting large colonies from somewhere like Unique Corals....at least they have began the de-bugging process for you.

I bought my last pair of colonies (SSC, Efflo) from Reef Corner. Nice to deal with and as WYSIWYG as I have experienced. Great packaging and email updates provided on shipping.
