gws76's- 150 gal. Build

Houston, we have doors! Happy day. Spent this morning working on building doors with Dr. Paul Whitby. He has the right tools and can zip right thru making doors. Here's a few pics of them. Just need to sand, stain, and finish them before we hang them.

It's amazing what the right tools and person using them can do. The wood joints fit very nice together.

This Fungia is actually 5 to 6 inches across. I remember when it was just the size of a dime.

Thanks Josh. I got bored yesterday and decided to take some top down pics. I may have to get or make one of those viewing boxes so I can take some better top down pics. It's hard to get the light glare out of the pics doing it the way I was. I had one pic of my chalice row with most of them in it, but there was a ripple in the water about the time I took the pic.

Been awhile, time to post some updated pics. Please excuse the frag rack in the display. Just growing out a few pieces and a few on the sand bed.

Thanks. Funny how when you see it everyday, you think to yourself, it's not growing. Then you take a pic and compare. I'm ready to see it in a year. I hope the tank gremlins stay away. knock on wood, cross my fingers, lol

You'll enjoy looking at the "before" pictures in six months!

Frag tank appears to be missing frags!

Probably due to it just being set up. Most of my frags are at a freinds house currently. But, I do have alot to frag up out of the main system since everything is growing out of control.

Working on moving some frags over to the frag tank today. I still need to mount a bunch of them and when the black egg crate comes in, I'll build the racks.
