Almost forgot. We had to take the old silicone seal out of the 75 gal. tank and reseal it in order to use it as a sump. Then install the baffles.

Here's the tank after the reseal. Should have taken some pics of it before. It wouldn't even hold water.

After the first set of baffles were siliconed in. Masking already removed.

And, after all the baffles were installed.

Looks like a nice reseal and baffle job. It's nice to be able to move around your equipment, eh?

I'm glad you had that tank for sale. When I removed the old seal, the bottom pane was just barely hanging on. That must have been where you had the leak?

Two pieces of the baffle glass came from City Glass and the three pieces for the bubble trap glass came from Cjilge's uncle.

I'm not sure, but I believe it started at an (upper middle) corner and then just kind of saturated the whole darn thing. Life anew.

It's a much cleaner look with more breathing room. Now, if I could just find a better place for the skimmer, all would be great.

Thanks Lynn. It is more functional. I need to get some pics with the tank lights on.

I'm still working on getting my tunze's programed into the AC jr., so they will alternate flow back and forth. I figured out how to get at least one of them to come on for 5 minutes then shut off for 5 minutes. For some reason the other one is not cooperating. :hammer:
