H. erectus - Suggestions on Quality Source

Since our H. erectus female is now alone in our display tank, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the best places (online/mail-order) to get Captive-Bred H. erectus. I do not want to get them from my LFS, since the other two seahorses we got from them perished quite easily from issues they had before they left the supplier.

The female is large, about 5 inches long. Where can I find her some quality fellow seahorses online?

Your problem now is that it is NOT recommended to have seahorses from different breeding sources in the same system, especially when one of the species is wild caught.
Seahorses for some reason seem to fall victim to pathogens introduced to them by other fish/seahorses. If they haven't grown up with the pathogens, they don't seem to have any resistance to them. You may loose one or both groups of seahorses.
