OK. You asked for pictures, pictures you shall get. H&S 110-F2000. 90G Display, mostly softies, lightly stocked with fish & inverts, single overflow to 40G sump (sump is filled about half way, drain goes to an empty area where the skimmer is, to the left of it is about 30# of LR, then chaeto & return pump. No chambers.)

It's sitting as close as I can get it to the drain, the sump is un-chambered. It's skimming fairly wet right now. It's sitting in 8" of water, and the water level is controlled by a float switch. I cleaned it about 3 hours ago and fed right after. The pump is sitting on a single jewel case because it seems to push itself off otherwise. The one case angles it ever so slightly and solves that problem.
So, do things look right to you guys?
