Haddoni mouth out

Anemone is still kicking. Finally deflated its mouth 3 days ago. But its back and puffy again. I moved the rock it was attached next to about an inch, doesnt seem to care. Is there any chance its getting too much light? Local fish store was unable to help this past weekend.

Ok I wont touch the mouth at all. Its currently sitting in the middle of the tank is 2" or a bit more of sand with its base along some rock. Always seems to back itself in. Medium flow. I will stay on top of water changes, my skimmer just stopped working this weekend actually. Debating whether to get another one or wait until I upgrade the tank.

What do you think about something odd happening like something falling in and it cannot get it out?

If you need a skimmer.. I have like 3 of them.. they are older... but work... and will get ya by till you get another one..
2 are in sump skimmers
1 is a remora hob skimmer
All 3 need a needle wheel powerhead though I think... I do have a few random older powerheads that may work fine with them..
