I had this clownfish for a year now and I just bought a Haitian anemone. The clownfish seem to like the anemone and he sleep in it last night... :) wat should I feed the anemone ?

I have condys which are similar, I feed them mysis, brine, or squid twice a week with an eye dropper.

Don't allow your fish to host these anemones. They are not a natural hosting species have been known to eat clownfish.

I agree with Slakker. I've seen clowns kill these anemones as well. It's just a relationship that can be bad for both parties.

how can i keep it from hosting it ? the clownfish seems fine and the anemone seem fine 2..I woke up this morning and saw the clownfish sleeping inside of it....

It will likely be okay for a while, and maybe forever, but there's always the possibility that one will fall victim to the other. IMO, the anemone should go back to the store, or into another tank. If you really want to keep it, it would be best to find some way to separate them. A strawberry basket covering the anemone would do, as long as it's clear and has holes in it so it can get flow and light.

I think I'll take my chances.... :) but how do u know if the anemone is dieng.... when the anemone died will it pollute my tank and kill all the other fish and coral living inside the tank ?

Hey, I've had a maroon clownfish with massive condy's but he never had any desire to host within them. But my condys completely shrivel up at night. They have no desire to eat my fish yet, I think just monitor them for a while
