We have an amonia watching thing in our tank, and when i woke up this morning our female (her name is orange juice) was stuck under it somehow.

she was not breathing or even moving or trying to get free.

we were able to get her out (she was a live!) but now she swims awkwardly.

i even noticed her mate (perky) not acting the same towards her, and even being a little hostile.

is this just because of some sort of shock?

Her mate may become even more hostile towards orange juice. Fish seem to do this when one becomes weak. Basically, its the survival of the fittest, even in fish tanks! I am not sure exactly why your female clown is swimming akwardly. Give it some time and see if she recovers.
