Hammerhead Coral and Anemones shrinking

Not sure what's happening in my reef tank but both of the above appear to be struggling for no apparent reason. My water parameters are stable. Any ideas?

Mg: 1465, KH/ALK: 9.9, PO4: 0, PH7.7, NH4: 0, NO3: 15, Salinity: 1026

Mag is a little high (expect under 1400), pH seems low (expect 8.0+) and nitrate is a little high (expect single digits). pH is probably the one I would worry about. It seems strange it would be low when salinity and alk are both good.
