The Turkey has been brining all night, and the Traeger is soon to be ignited.
Only good thing about this weather, is I was able to leave the turkey brining out on the patio all night, freeing up some precious refrigerator space. :lmao:

Love the brined bird! I did one last year and it was super yummy, even being cooked in the oven instead of on the grill.

Do you add hardwood chips while you're grilling? That fancy grill of yours have some sort of smoking fuel injection port? Vortech like air circulation? :lol:

No Chips, the unit is fueled by hardwood pellets, fed into the burn chamber by an auger.
I used Sugar Maple for today's bird. :beer:

I recall your sweet grill being an auger fed pellet burner, but didn't realize one could obtain pellets from different woods. Neat idea.

Upgraded my PC to Windows 7 this morning, that was my first post to RC
A couple of buttons appear not to work just yet, not sure what that is about.

Edit test; that button works...

Edit ReTest; must have been an RC glitch, all the buttons work now, and I changed nothing.
