moving up to Seward, Alaska for the summer so in addition to I'd like to take up snorkeling in my free time. I've snorkeled in Southern Cali and Tahoe before but not anything like this. I've been reading as much as a I can but have found very little about specifically snorkeling in AK. From my reading it looks like a 7mm wetsuit is required at a minimum but everything is for diving. I'll be much more shallow than a diver and more active as well. Should I go for a lighter suit like a 5mm semi-dry? Does anybody have first hand experience in the Prince William Sound?
