Has anyone lost a fish after treating with Interceptor?

I lost an almost 2 year old Powder Blue Tang last night. The only thing that I've done different to my normally well kept tank is I treated red bugs with interceptor this past weekend. I don't know if the interceptor had anything to do with it, but it's the only thing I can think of.

Has anyone else ever seen a negative effect on any fish after treating with interceptor?
