Have two clams and a huge colt coral I need gone!

Breaking down my tank and these are the last corals to go.
2-2.5" crocea clam, cool pattern, blue/purple asking $40 obo
4" clam (crocea?) pink/purple with blue outline asking $50 obo
HUGE pink colt coral, get centerpiece show coral asking $75 obo

Also have a few more lbs of base rock and a couple colt coral frags as well. Does anyone know where I could trade this stuff in at? I need some nano corals for my 37g, or cash always works best.

i would try trading in at east coast aquatics.. i know they have a huge display they are trying to fill. give them a call.

LD, I can put up pics later. I only have a pic of the lather clam when it was mostly pink, I moved it to the back of the tank and its more purple, depends on your lighting and placement on how it'll look.

Jon, I know funds are short, but finding these guys good homes and breaking my tank down is more important, then the money. If your serious about them, let me know.

I'll give ECA a call, they are just kinda far. I was hoping premium aquatics would take them, but they seem to be holding off on that at the moment.

Here's a pic of both clams, the pink looks different since I moved him to the back of the tank, looks more like the blue one.

Here's a pic of the huge colt coral, this thing I really need gone.

I'm going to do some more research and see if the clams would be ok under my lighting in the 37g, but I don't know yet. I really need the colt gone though more then anything.

did you target feed these guys?

i typically add golden pearls and selcon into everyother feeding for my inverts...would this be sufficient?

I never target fed them, the only thing I fed my tank was lots of Ca, then I'd rotate zooplex and coral accel, usually twice a week. I'm clearing out my PM box now, sorry.

I have a loose head of frogspawn, RBTA's that need to go(if I can get one of them to detach), maybe a single headed duncan frag (ive been waiting to trade it untill it starts to open again.. it was lost for a while under one of the damn RBTA's, but if you want to give it a try thats fine)

These RBTA's are about the size of my palm at max. I was thinking about trading for the colt but im not sure exactly what you want for it in trade... I figured that if you took it to a LFS for trade in you would get less than the asking price... but it still would probably fetch more than the duncan and the single frogspawn would go for. The only other things we have fragged right now are one of my pink yumas and some orange skirted zoas tho.

Well I have a lot of interest in the colt, its really first come first serve. Whatever trades dont make up you could just pay in cash? Well see if it doesn't get sold tho this weekend. I'd definitely be interested in a Yuma and any zoas.

Well if you have other people interested in it go with them... I thought you were trying to get rid of it and didnt have any offers, thats why I suggested the trade. I was just going to frag a little bit off for me and then donate the rest to the club frag library.
