If anyone has received their fish from Dale, please recontact him as he needs our help in filing with paypal for him to keep the money that Ryan has given him in which Ryan is trying to get back vai paypal claim stating that no one received the order.
I just want things to work out in the end and everyone not to get screw to bad.

Yes I am very ashamed of myself. I'm ashamed of my dishonesty mostly but also that I believed in people and put my name on the line. Very bad judgement on my part. My name has been tarnished with this ordeal and a few very valuable lessons have been learned. My main concern has always been the fulfillment of these orders and I'm happy to hear that the majority of the fish tied into the claim with Paypal have been delivered.
I've kept the details private and only PM'd people involved with the money that is tied in to the Paypal claim with Dale.
While my words may not be believable because I had lied to you about who my contact was to the diver, please believe that my intentions were sincere.
I originally was just going to purchase a Harem of Hawaiian Flame Wrasses for myself. Dale offered them at a great price. When talking to Dale about all the fish that he could get he offered that if I could get 4 harems purchased I would receive my harem for free. Things developed for the pairs of Mystery Wrasses, I was offered the same deal. When I was asked about the Scarface Blennies by someone in the thread, Dale informed me of the price and I posted to the thread. A group of buyers for the Scarface Blennies formed and was offered the pair of Flame Angels when delivery of the first shipment came.
The rest of the details are documented and shows truth regarding the rest of my dealings with Dale. There is proof in the Paypal Resolution Details for the claim that shows the attempted deceit against me. Statements are also documented in e-mails from Dale that show the lies that were told and the truth that surfaced.
Refunds for all the Scarface Blennies except 1 that was paid together with wrasses were processed yesterday. As stated, there is one Harem of Hawaiian Flame Wrasses or one Pair of Mystery Wrasses to which money was not given to Dale. The rest of the wrasse orders are detailed in documents supplied to Paypal of proof that these fish or refunds are owed for the money he received.
For those that have received their fish, please e-mail me from the e-mail account registered with your Paypal account stating that you received your fish. It's hard to tell who some of you are as only RC handles and not full names were submitted to the thread. I understand that some of you have taken Dale's side with whatever's been posted or told to you, but please provide the proper documentation to show that you have received your fish as your money is the money attached to the claim with Dale.

I found out from Dale about 2 weeks after YOU OFFERED TO SELL ME A HAREM OF FLAME WRASSES! When does your lying end? You had me within a 50/50 chance of sending you money. Only having dealt with you in the past was I dissuaded from doing so. I did go to Dale's house with you the night that you met him. That was when we bought corals from him. You did your own buisness with him after that. I did know that you were lying earlier, just not to what extent. It is a telling sign that after how many times you lied to so many different people, now you are trying to shift the blame to Dale or anyone else but yourself! It shows not that you are sorry that you did this, but are only trying to save face and are sorry you got caught! You told a bold face lie for personal gain to a club and now come here to defend yourself. With each post you add to this, you further show what kind of guy you are, and what how little your sorry means. You do realize that you should be sued and even though you blame this on Dale, YOU SAID THAT YOU WERE THE NAME BEHIND THIS PLAN!!!! YOU USED YOUR "GOOD NAME" to get people to send you their money, knowing you were a fraud! That takes a special breed. Please, tell us all again how you are the victim here......
Paul, I never stated you were involved in my deceit nor did I intend to mislead to it. Forgive me if you misunderstood my statement. I only replied to your post that I thought you knew who my contact was from the beginning as you posted extremely surprised by the news.

I wanted to keep my mouth shut, but can't anymore. Ryan, you are trying to "dirty up" someone who in my eyes has salvaged your mess and took care of innocent reefers who trusted you. Not everyone can afford merchandise of $200-$250 and I felt that I had lost it. In fact, 2 good friends of mine told me that I got took. Dale Wiley took care of me and several other reefers who were in my position, yet you want to talk terribly about him because of your personal feelings. That isn't right. I'm sure anyone who has dealt with him wether it was for this order or any other endeavor can vouch that he is a super guy. It upsets me that you are making him as a liar and a scammer when it reality there is only one person throughout this whole ordeal that fits that description. I always had to search you out....you NEVER gave me a personal update about the order. In fact, you only contacted me when there was supposively other merchandise available-to get more $$$ out of me. And on top of that, you are putting in a claim on him with Paypal?? Are you insane??????? Dude, check yourself!!

Note: I have been trying to stay out of this discussion since I was not involved. However, I want to give my opinion without pointing fingers at anyone involved in this group buy.
After reading all the posts, I don't know who has or hasn't received their stuff. I don't know who has whose money. But if you think you are a victim of fraud, I would contact your local police department, the police department in which the the person committing fraud resides, and also the district attorney's office(s). The person committing fraud is more likely to cough up the money right now than deal with legal fees and possible criminal record. And as Lou stated, file a PayPal claim and possibly a claim with your credit card.
I am a strong believer in full disclosure when you do a group buy. Several people have been bitten in the past for not disclosing their personal gain from such group buys. If someone does a group buy for the mail purpose of personal gain, then they are responsible for the risk associated with the group buy. If I go into a car dealership and purchase a car, but the manufacturer cannot deliver - I expect the dealership to refund me in full - even if they had already paid the manufacturer. Then the dealer can go after the manufacturer for a full refund. The consumer should not have to deal with the manufacturer.

Just spoke to Dale. The claim is still open. So if anyone who had received fish(s) from Dale, you can help him by sending a paypal claim on his behalf if you haven't done so.
For anyone who have not received a refund from Ryan. I would take the advice given above and put a claim with paypal.
For anyone who wished to contact Dale, pm me and I'll pass you his number.

This type of nonsense falls under mail order fraud but because the laws are pretty gray in this area at best, criminal proceedings are rather difficult unless you can prove criminal intent enough for charges to be brought up. That being said, small claims court proceedings can be filed online in Sac county, and although a big PITA, it may be your only recourse for salvaging something out of this bad deal.
Keep in mind, filing fees are approx $50 and summons servicing will run about $40.
These fees can be reimbursed through the ruling easily enough, but you have to ask yourself - is this good money going after bad? Being a man of principal myself, I would not hesitate to go for it knowing the outcome. I once evicted a tenant and ended up paying 3x the cost in lost rents/court fees/etc. than if I just settled with her like she had figured I would, but she was a scam artist, and one thing I despise more than anything is scam artists.

They are very healthy and doing great. I want to thank Dale for holding them for me until I could make it up from SoCal and he even hooked me up with some sweet frags! Dale has fulfilled all of his obligations and there is no reason for Ryan to keep the Paypal claim open.
