Head loss/pump selection confusion

Hi all.
I am building a 95g reef w/sump and am trying to determine pump size but am still a little confused.

Suppose I calculate :
Frictional head loss is 6 foot head or 2.59 psi.
Elevation head loss is 5 foot head or 2.16 psi.
Total head loss is 11 foot head or 4.75 psi.

What exactly do I do with these results when selecting a pump?
I was thinking of using an Eheim 1260 vs. 1262.

Thanks

Thanks, but here is where I get lost...

Using that calculator,
I get total losses are 5.21 feet of head pressure, or 2.25 PSI. with a flow rate of 135 GPH.
It only gave me the Eheim 1250 pump as a choice.

Basically, what am I looking at?

What does the 135 gph mean to me in terms of what pump I need?
Do I, say, use 5X this number to determine the pump?

Where is the 5.21 feet loss factored in?

the 1260 has a 640 gph output and the 1262 has a 910 gph output with max 12ft.
