healthy fish hard to get now a days?

I just started my tank last year, I now have six fish all of which I never quarantined only a quick acclimation and I have never lost a fish, only one chromis for other reasons. However I always watch the fish I am about to buy closely for a few minutes to ensure good health. All from my lfs of course.

Care to share where, sir, for those of us in the valley, and just getting started? TIA!

To be honest, I rarely buy fish from stores in the valley. That said, Aquatouch near 32nd St and Cactus handles their fish pretty well. I like that they put the dates they received the fish on the tanks. At least you know that the fish has survived/thrived for some period of time. IMO, the best place to get fish in the Valley is from other reefers. There's always someone selling something cool.
