Healthy fish with cloudy eyes

I recently picked up 3 fish from an extremely crowded 75 gallon. All three were eating well and had been in the tank over a year. I treated with Prazipro, then added to the display. All my fish have bright clear eyes. All three of the fish I got have cloudy eyes. It is not severe, just not clear like my fish. Regal Tang, Purple Tang and Majestic Angel. All are fat and eating like pigs. Any ideas/suggestions/causes/treatment/thoughts?

I think that is from ammonia damage. I believe* with better water quality and proper nutrition it will go away with time. Sometimes I think it can be permanent, but it probably just depends.

Poor water quality is almost always to blame for cloudy eyes. Proper water quality and good nutition to do the trick. Post some pics of the fish. Slight chance it could be something else, but tough to tell w/o pics.

I had a Diamond Butterfly come in and was great when I got it...ate everything I put in the tank and after about a month, one of its eyes went cloudy for no reason....and never fully recovered. No signs of ich or flukes but I still treat with prazi pro ever I add any new fish. Still not sure what ever happened to it but the fish is perfectly fine with one cloudy eye.

Well all three fish had the cloudy eyes when I got them. I do know I was the 3rd owner of these fish. My camera is pathetic, but I will try to catch some shots. I was just wondering if it was something that may improve. I wonder if it affects their vision?
