Heat Wave AHHHHH!!

Oh wow and I was panicking because my tank was at 84 when i got home tonight. I live in Tulsa and my house is in the 80's right now at 9pm. When I realized that this was going to be a problem last night I lessened the lighting by an hour and it was even hotter than last night. I put an ice water bottle in the tank and a fan on it and it seems to be coming down but its the temp changes that concern me it was 78 this morning and 84 when i got home!

I sleep in my room so I can't have the lights on at night

that sux...too bad you can't just throw a blanket over the tank...It'd probably start a fire, or create a greenhouse effect. I have an idea, face the other way, and put the blanket over your head. ; )
