I got this guy a week ago from an online sponsor here and am worried about a wound that is showing up.
You can see right in the middle of the body a white wound, kinda semi-circle shaped:
And you can almost make it out here:
I know, not the best pics but I'll work on better one's.
Some more backstory:
Like I said, ordered it from a Sponsor here.
Arrived (Arrived on Tuesday of last week) with it but it didn't look bad. These pictures were taken Saturday.
Looked again tonight and it looks even worse (Which has me worried enough to post here looking for help).
I've been feeding Rods Food and Mysis with either Selcon or Vita-Chem daily, has a good appetite and seems to eat well.
Tankmates include a Mystery Wrasse, Blackcap Basslett, Onyx Clown and a Bangaii Cardinalfish. Zero aggression issues in my tank. Also there is no invert that could cause this (Unless my Pom Pom Crab decided to get mean but still, no way).
Is there a better course of treatment to take instead of enriching the foods as best I can?
I could do a seperate QT but it doesn't appear to be fungal or ich in nature so I'm not sure if that would accomplish anything.
Any advice would be appreciated.
