Hello, need some refreshing

Hi guys, I'm looking to start up a tank again. Been out for a while need a little refresher. I have Marco Rocks, they've been sitting outside for over a year, they just have dust and whatever, i wanna clean them or bleach em to sanitize and get ready. What do you recommend? Mild bleach or vinegar?

If they've been out in tge heat, i would just maybe pressure wash them, or just spray them down real good, tgen put them in saltwater with circulation for 4-6 weeks to build up bacteria.

Cool, thanks man, I am currently rinsing them. I was reading about muratic acid washes, I clean pools so that's available too, any input on that?

Muratic acid and bleach both remove all organics. I took my tank down after an aptasia outbreak of biblical proportions, and then bleached, and then acid washed my rocks. I then started from zero cycle-wise.

After 6 months, everything should be desicated, and there should be just enough to trigger bacteria growth to start the cycle.

Sweet just watched it, I do think I will try it out. Already soaked in bleach. Acid is next.
