Gota Coralife Super Skimmer 65, need help adjusting it, ugh having so many problems, Water overflows the collection cup. How do i mess with the Water Level, Little red knob, and the pump control thingie, SOmeone please help..
Twist the red knob to get the water and bubble/foam level you want. And it's going to take some time. Watch it for a few minutes then adjust again if needed. You'll have to adjust it fairly low to allow for the breaking in period. And yes, you may need to cut the output flex hose to desired length. I've had to lay mine basically across the top of the black foam to help break up the bubbles. It's taken me about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks, but I finally have no bubbles being put back into the tank. It may be a little aggravating at times, and it may teach you patience, but I think it's a really good skimmer. Very pleased with mine.
