Help! Anemone shrinking!

My Ritteri anemone has been shrinking over the past month. He originally had long tentacles, but as the month has gone on they've shrunk. I feel him a large chunk of scallop or raw shrimp twice a week, and my water params have been stable (1.024 Sal, 0ppm NH3, NO2, marginal NO3).

There's plenty of light (150W MH on 24G), and temp is a stable chiller-controlled 78F. Any idea where to start checking?

I am not by any stretch an expert on anemones.....but to the best of my knowledge smaller chunks of food would be better for the anemone.....
Also the ritteri needs a much bigger aquarium as they get HUGE

By large, I mean about the size of the last digit of my pinky finger.

I know he should be in a larger tank. He's small (only ~6" open), and he'll get a bigger tank when he needs it.

There could be a lot of reasons but I've been told Magnificas do best in 81-83F range and 1.026 salinity. I don't think either of these things are the reason yours is having trouble, but it couldn't hurt.
