Help!! BTA w/spots and possibly melting

Please see attached clip showing spots and maybe melting away? It didn't eat today so I am worried. Let me know please! Thanks.

I wouldn't say it's melting, but it looks like it's been wasting away for awhile. The tentacles are too short, and the color is too dull. Tell us about your tank. Lighting, setup's age, size, parameters, etc. Also, how long have you had the anemone? Having no real data to go off of yet, it makes me think that it needs more light...

Something is eating it. Have you witnessed anything in your tank nipping at the anemone?
