My friend has this anemone, he says its splitting, its i guess LT nem. im planning to buy this nem after it splits. its it in good health or no? should i buy or no? i jus have a pair of oc clown in the tank with mix corals.

It is a Heteractis magnifica (aka: ritteri). They need a lot of light and a lot of water flow. They tend to wander if they don't have a rock pinnacle to attach themselves.
If it is actually splitting then it is probably healthy, but I would wait until it completely heals before changing its environment.

flow is not an issue.... light is the same whats he is using (led flood lights) does it require feeding or light is enough? i feed my clowns cyclop and formula 2.... should i buy after splitting or wait till the new mouth comes...?

Like phender said wait till it heals, it takes approx 2 weeks, never heard of keeping a H mag under led flood lights.I feed mine twice a week a cube of pm mysis.

I have several anemones. 5 maxi minis, a 6 inch rock anemone and what was one bubble tip that just split two days ago.

I feed them little pieces of scallop about the size of an eraser every 2 1/2 or 3 days. The clarki clown makes sure that the bubble tip has enough to eat by stealing everything he can get and popping it into the mouth. So yes, definitely feed it. Silver sides, mussels, clams...really most any sea food. Not too often though or they'll seem to get used to it and regurgitate in anticipation.
The best source for nem info that I've found is karen http://www.karensroseanemones.net/ be sure to read the "more" section on the right.

thtd enough right?

I didn't target feed mine at all. It got whatever fish food it could catch (pellets, mysis, cyclo-eeze, Formula 1 cubes) and it lived and grew quite well. It even survived a couple run ins with a powerhead until I sold it.

I would love to see mine split.
