my pair has laid their second batch and I am just not ready to raise them now (rotifers not ready....) . Anyone in Washington dc or northern VA area would like to give it a try? I think they (100 to 150) are about 2-3 days. Or anyone have some live rotifers I can get in the next few days?

Sorry, not in your area, but good luck. I have had a batch survive a few days without any food, so hopefully you find some rotifers in time. I don't have any rotifers either so I am trying something called Golden Pearls from www.brineshrimpdirect.com.

The last batch (also the first) they laid were only like about 50 eggs, and I did see all the little eyes (about 10) right before they hatch, but I didn't have time to raise them so I just let it go... I thought I would have time to get ready for this batch, but they laid them like almost like 2 days after the last batch hatched.... I order the live rotifers already but I don't think they will get here/ready in time (geting the counts up and all). I just don't want them to all die. I think they are misbar perc.
