HELP!! just poisoned my saddleback clown!

Added new corals to my tank and rinsed then in a bath of "arive alive" (by Two litle fishies). I mixed a one gallon batch per the instructions.

While pouring the water out of my fish bag to transfre him to a new i dropped him into the vat of coral cleaner! So much for subtle acclimation! I got him out quick ( 3 second maybe)

Do you think he will be swimming in the morning or the morning after or is he a dead man walking? :hmm1: Is there anything i can do to help out or just let nature take its angry course?

Just wait and see what tomorrow brings. If it came out of the ordeal ok initially, as yours seems to have done, there is a pretty good chance it will be fine. Try to avoid any further stress for a while until it has a chance to bounce back.

Clowns are some tough, tough fish! Glad to hear your little mishap ended on a positive note! :bounce1:

They are very tough indeed. I saw a nature show where during low tide, the clowns survived inside their host anemone which was above water for hours until the tide came in again. Craziness!
