Help: lights 48" 75 gall

Ok, looking ahead here and out of sheer lazyness to research conflicting views . I am still running m.h. and vho combo. Waiting for all this drama with t5 and led to calm down and for prices to calm down. It seems that they have.

What system would u purchase to light this tank for under 500???. I do NOT want to be limited by my light. E.g. if I want to keep a maxima then I do not want to have to upgrade.
I see that the coral life aqualights are now out in LED. Thoughts on those?

Forget the Coralife light - best bet would be to take a look at the ReefBreeders Photon 48 (at right around $500). Hard pressed to find good quality LED lighting for a tank that size for under $500...
