HELP!!! looking for live cuttlefish

Occasionally 5thDayAquatics.com (DFW Texas) gets cephs. You might give them a try.

One thing... they only deliver in the dfw area but they bring it right to your door. (No shipping at all = less stress on animals)

I had a bandensis which passed away not too long ago. They aren't really that hard to care for, they stay small around 3 to 4 inches total length. I kept him in a 20 gallon and he did very well even when he was close to full size.

i just called austinaquariums and they told me they have no problem getting cuttles, he said he would see what would be involved in shipping them to me and he would call me back, this is the closest ive come so far in my search for a cuttle

hello Colin, i am RC on tonmo

as far as my octo great, as far as my search for a cuttle not so great, the closest i have come so far is the call i made to austinaquariums, the guy ws supposed to get back to me but its been a little while and he has not called, i tried a follow up e-mail but i never got a response, im assuming this means they are not interested in shipping it to me, the anchofish web site looks promising but i have never gotten response to my e-mails and their 877 number is not a valid one

Anchofish is a waste of time. I got through to them a while back, but they don't deal in cuttles anymore. They have the same shipping problem that everyone else does. One of these days I'll spend the 800 bucks and get all the permits and get some cuttles from Richard in England.

wow...800 bucks, i figured the Richard stride thing would be expensive but i never imagined that much!!!

I dont even know if Richard is doing the cuttle thing anymore, have had emails bounce and his number has rang out twice....

im sure if you were offering cuttle eggs, and it wasnt to expensive to get them over here, im sure you would find a lot of people interested, myself included
