help me decide which salt

i am using instant ocean but am low and i was wondering if i should use instant ocean, red sea pro, or kent marine salt
its for a reef tank btw

I would stick with IO or switch to Reef Crystals.

so i should get instant ocean reef crystals?

It has the trace elements boosted for reef tanks. Calcium, Alk, and Mg.. maybe a few others. If you dose your tank then it doesn't really matter which salt you go with. A lot of salts are just IO repackaged with trace element add ins.

I tried Reef Crystals and found that it is easier to just make IO and adjust as necessary, cheaper too. Reef Crystals needing adjusting also.
