Help me REMOVE my anemone

Please, does anyone have any suggestions for getting an RTBA out?
He's under a very large rock that cannot be moved. I've tried air bubbling him. I tried covering him with a rock. I've tried vinegar.
I tried an ice cube. Nothing phases this guy.
He's 9" or so and hes the third generation of my original anemone. He's too big and I'd like to get him out.

Please help.

Powerhead should do the trick. Just be careful not to get too violent with the flow. You want to make him uncomfortable but not destroy him.
