HELP!!!!!!! My fishes mouth is glued shut

The fact that you went out to eat after his mouth was glued shut makes me chuckle.

Pandora, your signature makes me chuckle too. Psychiatrist women really scare me even with a cute, fuzzy-hat wearing avatar.

What a stange dilemna. However, while everyone was worried about how the poor fish was going to eat, I was wondering about how it was going to breath. Apparently his whole mouth must not have been glued shut. Otherwise how could he get water to flow through his mouth and out through his gills?

zuki, lol... better to scare them off initially... easier to psychoanalyse later...

Maybear, with bony fish, flapping their opercula is what propels water in and out of their gills. If a shark were to have it's mouth glued on the other hand, that would be a problem, because swimming and constant movement forward is what drives water through. This is why sharks must continually swim.

Thaks for the anatomy lesson Pandora. Do I feel silly!

Don't, Maybear, I thought of this too when it was initially posted, and then realised it was only sharks!
