HELP!! near margate, need 1x1" frag watched

i dont know why, but i cant keep zoos in my tank for some reason. i have a hunch when i built my sump, i mustve used the wrong silicone and its putting toxins in the water maybe. all other corals do fine though, but zoos just seem to shrink away.

i need a 1x1" plug with 2 PPEs zoos watched for for a couple weeks please. im desperate. im setting back up another tank very soon to hold it.


i just dont want to lose this.
if you can help PLEASE let me know if i can swing by tonight. im in margate, close to the coral square mall.

Thanks for the kudos Jaymie. It's still work in progress though. I can't wait till it's completed. I'm done acclimating and the PPE's are next to mine. You were correct when you said one doesn't look too good. Doesn't look too good to me either. Let's hope for the best for at least the other one. And ya never know. The bad looking one could turn around. I don't think it is a definate loss at this point. They can stay here as long as need be.

Actually, the second polyp isn't melting yet. It's just still closed up. Cross your fingers.

Update:

The one polyp is starting to open again.

The other polyp (the one that was almost melted) I actually see a bit of green skirt trying to show itself again.

I'm beginning to think that both polyps just might make it.

i know for sure my nitrates are a little high, i have a good feeling its that. i will get them down near 0 and try again. i had an eel for a while that prob crapped alot behind the rocks, and was just decaying away back there.

if the same problem, its gotta be i mustve used the wrong silicone when i built my sump 1.5 years ago. it hasnt effected any of my sps or lps at all though, been getting good growth outta all of them as well as my clams. but maybe some mold inhibitor in the silicone effects softies strongly. i really hope its not this problem though, it wouldnt be fun tearin that down and starting over again.
