help needed : possible flatworm

started my cycle around 4 days ago and have noticed what seems to be flatworms on my glass, ive only been able to notice around 8-10 of these critters and i am unable to take a clear enough picture to truly indicate what kind of flatworm they are, but ive tried to do some research and haver narrowed them down to being: Convotriloba Flatworm aka Red Planaria. MIne are about 2-3mm in size each.

are these flatworms dangerous

if so whats the best method of irradiaction?
