Help Needed with Radions

Ecotechlive, I have the reeflink also.

How do I reset the reeflink. Bought it used and it won't let me in. Says it is in another account. Says it will factory reset but it won't. Don't know how many hrs. I have spent trying to get this reeflink to work. EcoSmart live account won"t let me navigate in it either. Have deleted it all and tried again and again. Can I get any help out there?

For as good as ecotech is, i got sick of their live website. Got a wxm for apex and it made life so much better.

Had to use the download manager to get anywhere. The reeflink says offline because it is in someone else account. It won't let me reset. Guess I will have to call customer service to get this fixed.
