I got some great rock from TBS, but mine isnt taking off as fast asothers i have seen please tell me what i am doing wrong here is a pic of my tank

whats your set up like what are your water paramaters ect.?? when did you put you LR in ??

Nitrite is about .50 amm is about .75 and its 2 and half weeks old

wow .. Are you still doing water changes you still have some ammonia that could be hindering the life whats your water flow like?? how about temp , ph , salinity

Ammonia still not zero? Don't feed the tank! Keep testing, and it'll drop eventually!

Did your ammonia drop to zero for a couple of days before you called for your second shipment?

It's only two and a half weeks old! Patience young grasshopper, all will level out in time.
