My nems all bubble tip have had a rough couple days. Hurricane knocked out power for 48 hours. Nems looks deflated an bleached having been put back into tank they are deflated and one is a lttile bleached. However they did grab hold and are in a nice current now.

Whats should I do to help them recover?

having been put back into tank

What does this mean? You took them out of the tank and did... what?

Generally the best thing you can do is get your system up and running again as quickly as possible. If the tank has been without any light, and the anemones are bleached, be very careful about introducing bright light immediately. Gradually increase photoperiod and intensity over several days - don't just blast them with full light.

i threw all my fish and nems and frags in a 30 gallon bucket and brought it to my buddy when he got power back. put a powerhead and a heater in it. although it was too late for the fish. the nems survived just a little beat up.

Sorry to hear :( I know some folks buy generators for their tanks, but you can even find small battery-operated pumps for not too much money. I keep a couple just as the ultimate backup.

At this point you just want to give them time and not do anything abrupt. Hold off on feeding them for a bit as well.
