Help scooter blenny

Need help my scooter blenny doesn't move and is breathing heavy.. It's been like that for 3 days now.. Almost like he is in a trans.. What could be wrong with him? All other fish are perfect.. I've had him for nine months and he is a very fat blenny.. Was very active prior to this..

do you add pods to keep him healthy? If not maybe the supply ran out, are there agressive fish or inverts in the tank?

There are plenty of pods.. As for fish or inverts bugging him.. I did notice my 6 line was picking on him prior to this.. Just really chased him for 1/2 a second but would keep doing that everytime he would see him.. Even tho they been together all this time..

Guys really need help.. Scooter is still breathing and seems very stiff when I moved him it was like he is dead he is very stiff.. What is going on? Even looks to be getting white on his head...
