Help what do I need to feed my zoanthids?

I've bought several bunches of zoas that are showing really good signs of life with mid level tank placement and med flow of water. Then I pick up a frag of blue zoas which blew my mind away that they looked so nice was told they would like more heavy water flow, so I took that advice with me home and to my surprise while acclimating them to my tanks temp they were opening once in the tank they all closed up. after a week I noticed them still closed and being ran over by my Mexican turbo snails and my hermit crabs. At this point I knew I wasn't going to have much luck if I didnt get them in a refugium. Once that arrived my frag looked like a plain rock of the 15 polyps that were once there, were now no where too be seen. So I found another pet store that had tucked away in the back corner of the main display a frag of short blue zoas. I begged and pleaded with the shop owner to sell me that frag so the shop keep did me a solid and sold them to me. Now my question after all this ramble ling is that what is the best source of food for these guys. I would love to see my frag I bought completely covered.

**ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED**

Most zoas will not eat in my experience, but some will. If they close up over what you feed them, then feeding them may be good.

I use cyclop-eeze (frozen, but thawed in tank water) and flake food. They seem to like either.

I've noticed blue zoas really want to be put in low-light areas for a while when acclimating them. I've never bought the blues before b/c I've seen VERY pitiful results at LFS's when they get them in-- more often than not they melt away in a couple weeks. I think they are being light-shocked.
