HELP! Where to buy Mag 18 shaft!

Hey guys, I'm in dire need of a Mag 18 shaft, the one I have broke, and my 125 is now sump/skimmer less. If anyone happens to have one or know stores that might carry it lemme know asap! I'm not sure on model compatibility, but I'm almost positive the Mag 12 works as well. Thanks for any assistance.

if i'm not mistaken the shaft is not seperate from the impeller. my 24 had the same problem. i know i got mine from aquatic eco and they should be open today (saturday) give them a call with the part number #IMD6. hope they have one to help you out.

Yeah they are open on Saturdays but not very long. It shows they have one, but be sure to call and verify.

you get one? SITC and ocean direct/fish bowl sometimes carry the impellers

Thanks for everyone's input. I swap Mag18's from my skimmer to the return. I didn't get one yet, was at the game all yesterday (8am to 9pm). I will contact the LFS's tomorrow after work.

Skinny, your right about the shaft not being a separate from the impeller. Though I think in my case, that's a good thing, and I think I found the reason the shaft broken in the first place: (not to mention rust being dumped into the tank)

HEY - i was just in reef works today and they have a few on the shelf behind the counter and i actually remembered your post and looked for the mag 18 and they have it. haha i didnt look for a price though. sorry

Thanks for everyone's help I picked one up today and the EV240 is breaking in as we speak. Was half of what it was online too.
