help with a skimmer

That's a good question Frost. Unfortunately, whether your price range is $150 or $1500, many will still argue over which skimmer is better. I would consider the airflow ratings on each to see how much air they pull. Chamber body size is another key which will improve reaction time. Of the skimmers you posted, I personally like the design better on the NW-150. It has a wedge pipe outlet and what appears to be a better taper on the neck.

Well , I always start with what am I keeping in my tank. How big is the tank? Then I go with the biggest skimmer I can afford, that will size wise fit where I need it. Looking at your choices and the size of your tank"in the making" , with currant animals being kept. I would go with the third choise. Good luck LUK which one you choose, Peace
