Help with Achilles tang please!

Need help with what is wrong with Achilles tang. I have had him for about 70 days. Spent around 25 in QT with no mess or chemicals. Then into 175 with all water parameters perfect, no phosphates, no nitrates, no ammonia, ph stable. About two days ago, overnight, white like lesions appear on him on body, one fun a little beat up. He eats like a pig, I have been feeding 4 times a day, all food soaked in garlic. His appetite has not changed, if anything he eats more. Kinda erratic swimming, but he always has! No other fish effected.

One more as I cannot figure out how to have more than one attachment in each post. Also, sorry for bad iPhone pics and thank you in advance!

It does not look like ich at all. I have dealt with ich in the past. These are like oval white patches that look a little raised. Like leasions.

Unfortunately even a "good" transfer from QT to the display can stress a fish. That being said it appears to be parasitic in nature, granted the pics are hard to see. Having lost an achille and all my other fish via a parasitic infestation in only a few days I would recommend pulling the fish or at least the achilles and properly treating it in copper immediately. If the pics are indeed that far off and this in fact an infection then start the proper antibiotic regimen.

The pictures are not that far off. They are pretty close to showing how it is, just a little blurry. If it looks parasitic, then copper would be the best method?

Pics are not indicative of typical parasitic infections like crypto, brook or velvet. Any behavior like flashing (rubbing) against the rocks or labored breathing? Any new additions to the aquarium recently?

Yes he rubs on the rocks. Not constantly, but he does. He also sits I between two rocks, like in small crevices. He has never done that before. New additions were only 3 emerald crabs and 10 hermits.
