Approx 2 weeks ago I purchased a CBB-fly from my local Store whose been in business for 30+ years and reputation is well known local. I acclimated for 2-3 hours before adding him to my reef tank with my 2 clowns, wrasse, dotty back and blue atlantic angel. Just noticed this early part of the week he has 2 bigger white puffy spots on his side fins and a few very tiny ones on his top dorsal fin? He has been eating mysis just fine and always seems hungry and swimming around healthy! Some have said its ich which I thought would be more on the body, others say its some cotton type disease that is prone in CBB's and will fall off as theres no treatment? I have moved him into a smaller breeder net due to the atlantic angel kind of chasing him around I thought maybe it was stress related? Any advice would be helpful please! PH around 8.4, salinity 1.025, temp 82d, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia all close to 0, Alkalinity 9-10drops, Calcium 21-22. I added a pic hopefully for more clarity.

Likely Lymphocystis. It's caused by a virus and a compromised immune system, often brought on by treatment with copper.
Like with a cold, there is not much that can be done other than feed the fish well and provide clean water so his immune system regains the strength to fight the virus.

More info can be found here: FA181-FA181 Lymphocystis Disease in Fish

Is it advisable to leave him separated from the other tank mates so his less likely to be stressed? And maybe put a cleaner shrimp in the breeder tank he's in now? Also I heard you can remove the diseased areas with your fingers?
