help with coral beauty

I have a coral beauty in quarantine. he has been in quarantine for 10 days now, after 6-7 days he started showing white specs on his gill plates so I assumed ICH. I started copper (cupramine) after my last water change (day 9) and I'm currently working up to the treatment level.

pictures will be in the next email of current symptoms (doesn't look like ICH anymore to me).

tank stats:

20 long with canister filter (75G max cap)

AM- 0
PH- 8.1
Nitrites- 0
Nitrates- 20 PPM


what does this look like to you? do I keep with copper or start treatment for bacterial infection?

That looks more like Lymphocystis to me. Copper won't help if it's that, but rather make it worse.

It is actually good news. It is a viral infection that will usually clear on its own. Good luck!

I would not use copper with angels. They can be very sensitive to it. Try TTM.
