Help with coral ID

Hi all, can anyone ID this little guy? Hitchhiker on some live rock that I picked up. Looks like a mushroom but not sure, it is yellow/florescent green. Just want to be sure that i place him in the right spot. Thanks!

Look like a bleached anemone to me? Maybe a maxi-mini carpet?
