Hello,
I posted a thread earlier after receiving a defective unit via mail order, see here. I sent the pump to you guys, and you repaired it and installed the gen2 upgrade.
Unfortunately, the pump has stopped spinning. It cannot be reset, and despite all attempts the red light is stuck on.
I am in california and the last service event lasted two weeks and cost me shipping fees. Is there any way that this situation can be remedied quickly, as I am trying to acclimate a difficult to keep anemone, and need to have permanent positioning of flow ASAP. Thanks.
